The Brummie GLC?

Birmingham: It's Not Shit loves Birmingham and has loads of news and features. If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed.

if you like Goldie Lookin Chain or Biz Bizley, then you should definitely check out Fraz ‘n’ Gus and their awesome tracks such as “West Brom”, “Moseley”, “Northfield Nan” and “My Old Man”.

Fraz and Gus are two born and bred Brummies who have been living in the area all their lives. Fraz (Faisal Rashid) plays in local bands covering all kinds of genres and was once described by fellow brummie Malcolm Stent, as the only Pakistani Scotsman who thinks he’s an Irish Brummie.

  1. Birmingham: It's Not Shit loves Birmingham, its people, arts, animals, buildings, parks, grass verges, factories and bus stops. We've even got a soft spot for the Black Country.

B:iNS runs The Brummie of the Year Award, Talk Like a Brummie Day and organises odd stuff like spending all day on the eleven bus.

BiNS is mostly by Jon Bounds, a Birmingham based social web consultant, producer and writer. You can hire him to work on your stuff, or follow him on twitter.

Feel free to send us anything you're interested in - or think we might be.
If you've got gigs to promote, best to chuck them on the talk board.
